How do I get a quote for my move?

Getting a quote is easy! You can call our friendly team for an instance estimate. For the most precise quote, we recommend an in-home or virtual video survey.
What is a video survey and why do I need one?

A video survey is a quick and convenient video call with one of our move consultants. It allows us to see the volume and type of items you need to move, any access issues, and special requirements. This ensures we provide you with the most accurate quote and the right-sized crew and vehicle, avoiding surprises on moving day.
Are your quotes binding or are there hidden fees?
How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking as soon as your moving dates are confirmed, especially for moves during peak season (spring and summer weekends). Ideally, 1-2 weeks in advance is best to secure your preferred date. However, we often accommodate last-minute moves, so please always call to check.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Do I need to pack everything myself?

It’s your choice! We offer a complete, professional packing service using high-quality materials to ensure your belongings are secure. Alternatively, you can pack yourself to save costs. If you pack yourself, we are happy to transport your boxes (though we cannot be liable for damage to self-packed items). We can also supply all the packing materials you need.
Should I dismantle my furniture myself?

Our removal teams are experts at safely dismantling and reassembling standard furniture (beds, wardrobes, tables). This is included in your quote. Please leave it to us to avoid any damage or injury. Just let us know what needs to be taken apart during the survey.
Are my belongings insured during the move?

Yes. All our moves are covered by our basic transit insurance at no extra cost, which provides cover up to a certain value per item. For full peace of mind, we strongly recommend discussing your specific high-value items (art, antiques, musical instruments) with us. We can arrange Enhanced Valuation Cover for full replacement value.
